This is a part-time contract role (5-15 hours/week initially) based in Central Park, Denver.

About Us

Duo is changing the game for early development activities for kids aged 2-5 with a mission to support kids' coordination development and foster a love of movement through fun parent-child group soccer classes.

The Role

As a Lead Coach at Duo, you will be joining the team in its early stage of a fast-paced journey, working with ambitious founders as a critical contributor to the company’s growth.

Duo’s sessions are highly structured and leading them doesn’t require experience. Equipment and curriculum is provided.

What you bring to the table:

• A LOVE for kids and creating a fun, energetic, and playful atmosphere. You must have experience with kids aged 2-5!

• An interest in soccer/sports and athletic development. No soccer experience necessary.

• Great communication skills – with both kids and parents

• Dependable: timely and organized in preparing for and delivering consistently high-quality classes

• A strategic lens and collaborative mindset to continuously enhance session quality and build upon the current session plans and trainings for other coaches to follow

Compensation

Cash compensation for this role is highly competitive for the industry, with a training rate and incentive bonuses.

Location

This position is primarily in person for leading group sessions and remote for content development and other operational work. Initially, sessions will be exclusively in the Central Park, Denver neighborhood with expansion to adjacent neighborhoods later in the year.
